Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Commercial Healthcare Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations at ground-up and renovation projects. The role requires coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and project management teams to maintain schedule, budget, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in healthcare construction, strong knowledge of concrete, framing, and finish carpentry, and proficiency with construction

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Commercial Healthcare Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, framing, and finish carpentry.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and daily jobsite operations.
• Proven experience enforcing jobsite safety standards.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and owners.
• Computer proficiency (email, project software, expense reporting, photos, time entry, site management).
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
