Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex commercial and institutional construction projects in Michigan. You will oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years as a Superintendent, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and strong familiarity with scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and managing subcontractors.
