Title: Construction Superintendent - DOB Licensed (NYC Department of Buildings) Location: New York, NY 10018 Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + Bonus

Founded in the late 1980s, we are a New York City based construction and development firm with approximately 100 employees across project management, field supervision, and skilled trades. We specialize in ground up construction, interior buildouts, structural upgrades, and complex renovations for commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, healthcare, and educational clients. Our work requires strict compliance with NYC Department of Buildings regulations, safety standards, and licensed supervision.

The Superintendent is responsible for day to day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires an active NYC DOB Construction Superintendent License and proven experience managing NYC commercial building projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee daily field operations and enforce compliance with NYC DOB, OSHA, FDNY, and ICRA standards
