Qualifications

• Active NYC DOB Construction Superintendent License is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent on NYC commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations and jobsite safety standards.
• OSHA 30 and SST certifications; FDNY safety certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and enforce compliance with NYC DOB, OSHA, FDNY, and ICRA standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules, issue Two Week Look Ahead updates, and hold subcontractors accountable
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met
• Conduct regular site inspections, manage logistics and maintain accurate DOB documentation
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies to resolve issues and keep projects on track
