ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent to assist the team with completing construction-related projects in a professional and timely manner. You will meet with homeowners, manage budgets, schedule subcontractors, order materials, and ensure project completion per scope.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and reliability. Office is Woodinville, WA with competitive benefits and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Leadership and strong communication with customers and homeowners.
• Experience in home building or remodeling projects.
• Comfortable using project management software and general tech.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and schedules.
• Valid WA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and business owners to review the project.
• Maintain a budget for each job.
• Create job schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and order materials.
• See projects through to completion per written scope.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors and oversee quality.
• Update production files and keep detailed job notes in management software.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Follow written production procedures and obtain permits.
