Job summary

ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent to assist the team with completing construction-related projects in a professional and timely manner. You will meet with homeowners, manage budgets, schedule subcontractors, order materials, and ensure project completion per scope.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and reliability. Office is Woodinville, WA with competitive benefits and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Leadership and strong communication with customers and homeowners.
• Experience in home building or remodeling projects.
• Comfortable using project management software and general tech.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and schedules.
• Valid WA driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and business owners to review the project.

The Superintendent is responsible forassistingthe Team withcompletion of construction-related projects in a professional andtimelymanner.

About the role

• Meeting with homeowners and business owners to review the project.
• Maintaining a budget for each job.
• Creating jobschedule, scheduling of subcontractors andordering of materials.
• Taking assigned projects to completion based on writtenscope of repairs.
• Developing professional relationships and working withsubcontractors.
• Responsible for the finished product of thesubcontractors and overall quality of the job.
• Updating production files and paperwork andmaintainingdetailed job notes including conversations withcustomerin job management software.
• Customer Service duties, including problem resolution.
• Following written production procedures.
• Obtaining permits andmeetingwith building inspectorsand mortgage company inspectors.

• Vacation –
• 90th Day - 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)
• 2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks
• 5th- 14th year= 3 weeks
• 15th year and on= 4 weeks

This position offersan annual rate of 60 – 70k a year, plus uncapped bonuses.
