The Osborne Company is seeking a skilled Superintendent who will oversee all phases of onsite construction and manage daily activities. Our Superintendents are leaders in the field who take pride in the way we look, act, and operate.
THE BENEFITS:
Salary Range: $75,000-100,000
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
The Superintendent will serve the Topeka (Manhattan, Lawrence, Kansas City) and surrounding area and must have extensive knowledge in ground-up construction, tenant finish, and commercial remodel.
