Job summary

SL Recruit is seeking a driven Superintendent to lead impactful projects across the Washington, DC metro area. You will oversee field operations from preconstruction through project closeout, managing commercial ground-up builds and renovations $20M+. Travel within the DMV is required as projects demand.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Superintendent role and proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met on complex jobs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on commercial new construction and renovations over $20M.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the DMV as project demands require.
