Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations, supervise crews, and deliver projects safely and with high quality. You will coordinate on-site activities, review drawings and specs, enforce OSHA standards, monitor schedules, and serve as the primary liaison with clients and project teams.

This role requires travel to job sites, long hours, and a commitment to ownership culture through ESOP and company bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven superintendent or construction leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple crews or job sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards; certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Compensation for this role is determined using a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, market benchmarks, and the cost of labor in the different geographic locations where we operate. In addition to base pay, this position may also be eligible for: Beneficial ownership in the Company through Western's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Participation in the Company’s annual performance‑based bonus program. A comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, maternity leave, and additional benefits designed to support employees and their families.

US Pay Range: $90,000 USD – $145,000 USD
