As we grow, we’re looking for a Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to take full ownership of project execution in the field. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on-site, leads with authority, and understands how to run a job from the ground up while keeping clients, trades, and the internal team aligned.

Position Summary:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple active job sites—residential and light commercial—throughout Maryland Including, Montgomery, Howard, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Carroll, and Baltimore Counties and Washington D.C. You will manage field operations, enforce schedule and quality standards, direct subcontractors, and coordinate with our design and operations teams to drive each project to completion. This is not a desk job—you are expected to be on-site daily, driving performance, solving problems, and ensuring execution at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations on residential remodels, custom homes, and light commercial builds
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house field personnel
• Lead jobsite meetings and coordinate with internal design and operations teams
• Enforce jobsite standards: schedule, cleanliness, safety, and quality control
• Maintain project schedule and update leadership with progress and issues
• Handle inspections, deliveries, sequencing, and permitting coordination
• Ensure field documentation, selections, and change orders are up to date and enforced via JobTread
• Coordinate project handoff, punch lists, closeout, and warranty phase
• Identify risks or delays early and work proactively with the team to resolve
• Uphold our brand standards and reputation with homeowners and clients at all times

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on construction experience, including field supervision and project management
• Successful track record with high-end residential work and light commercial/TI projects
• Willing to travel to job sites across Washington D.C. and the listed Maryland counties
• Strong leadership and communication skills—confident managing trades and interacting with clients
• Proficient in construction software (JobTread, Procore, or Buildertrend preferred)
• Solid understanding of residential/commercial construction, codes, and MEP systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Reliable transportation; Maryland-based or willing to relocate
