• Issue notices of non-compliance to hold subcontractors accountable for quality and timeline targets.
• Inspect work daily to verify installations match project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Coordinate site deliveries, trade sequencing, and municipal inspections to prevent operational delays.
• Maintain complete daily written logs, track RFIs, and submit accurate field status reports.

The Opportunity:

You will take complete ownership of on-site commercial operations, driving high-impact projects from site setup to final turnover. This role gives you the independence to manage jobsites without corporate micromanagement, backed by direct access to company leadership.
