Our client, a growing General Contractor, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join its team!
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
5. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
6. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
7. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
8. Track project milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
1. Five + years relevant construction experience.
2. Tech savvy.
4. Experience in commercial construction.
