Job summary

McGrath & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site operations on active construction projects in the St. Louis area. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with PMs, subcontractors, and clients.

As a 100% employee-owned firm with a strong project backlog in industrial, pharmaceutical, and commercial work, you’ll shape field leadership, build relationships, and advance projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading construction projects in the field.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specifications, and major trades (MEP included).
• Ability to manage schedules, sequencing, and jobsite logistics.
• Leadership mindset—crews respect and want to work for you.
• Strong communication with field teams and clients.
• OSHA 30 certification.
