We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Construction Superintendent to serve as the on‑site field execution authority at our Spartanburg‑based HPC facility. This role owns daily trade sequencing and schedule execution on the ground – directing the general contractor's field teams, resolving cross‑trade conflicts, and driving the pace of construction across all trades.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for field sequencing and schedule execution at the Spartanburg facility, coordinating daily with the GC's superintendents and trade subcontractors. This role reports to the Dallas‑based Director, Construction & Commissioning, while working in close coordination with the Manager of MEP on system‑specific installation sequencing, and with the Manager of QAQC & Commissioning on readiness milestones and site safety compliance, but holds sole authority for directing day‑to‑day field sequencing decisions.
