Job summary

Sage Surfaces, LLC is seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent to lead residential renovation projects, recruit installers, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage schedules, coordinate teams, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding safety and quality standards throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2+ years of experience in construction or related role.
• Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Knowledge of countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design/installation processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
• Ability to travel to job sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation projects from initial measurements to final completion, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and oversee certified cabinet installers for a national kitchen installation program.
• Coordinate project schedules and maintain communication with customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with installers and mentor installation teams; address challenges.
• Provide updates to customers, monitor progress, and uphold safety and quality standards for successful outcomes.

ABOUT THIS CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT JOB

In this role, you will manage renovation projects from initial measurements to final completion, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will recruit and oversee certified cabinet installers for a national kitchen installation program, coordinate project schedules, and maintain communication with customers and internal teams.

Your responsibilities include building relationships with installers, conducting field measurements, monitoring job progress, and addressing challenges. As the primary contact for customers, you will provide updates, mentor installation teams, and uphold safety and quality standards, ensuring successful project outcomes and an exceptional client experience.
