Job summary

TrueBuild Partners in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across healthcare, life science, federal, and university/education sectors. Ground-up and tenant improvement work are warmly welcomed, with a stable pipeline of opportunities.

You will manage daily field operations, assess scope and site logistics, ensure safety standards, track progress and budgets, coordinate with owners, tenants, and project teams, and build strong client

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on commercial, health care, life science, federal, or university/education projects.
• Ground-up or tenant improvement experience both welcomed.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent or phased projects.
