CyberCoders seeks a Superintendent in Chicago, IL to lead our commercial construction program, overseeing multiple large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The role focuses on safety, quality, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance, with heavy collaboration across GCs, subcontractors, and design teams. CAD/BIM experience is preferred, and mentorship of PM teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction and project management experience.
• Experience as a Project Executive, Senior PM, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, bidding, permitting, and contract management.
• Proven ability to lead PM teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with GCs, subcontractors, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities.
• CAD/BIM experience (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances, including estimating, budgeting, change orders, and profitability.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and drive projects to meet key milestones.
• Serve as the primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
