A well established $120M commercial general contractor with approximately 80 percent repeat clientele is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its growing Southern California team. This firm specializes in retail, grocery, fitness, big box, tenant improvement, and light industrial projects, with a strong reputation for long term client partnerships and consistent backlog.

This role is ideal for a field leader who thrives in fast paced environments, understands open store remodel logistics, and can manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from project start through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field labor
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Oversee site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control
• Coordinate inspections, city officials, and third party consultants
• Maintain daily reports and documentation
• Drive on time and on budget project delivery
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Preconstruction teams
• Represent the company professionally with owners and clients
