Delivery Lead for Diamond Peak Recruiting

Are you a Commercial Superintendent who knows how to run a job from the ground up? Are you based in the Triangle region and ready to take on high-visibility work with a top regional builder?

We’re hiring a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead projects across the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. Our projects range from tilt-wall and light industrial to office, mixed-use, and institutional builds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading day-to-day site operations, scheduling, and coordination of trades
• Managing site safety, quality control, and subcontractor performance
• Working closely with the Project Manager to drive schedules, budgets, and owner satisfaction
• Representing the company as the face of the field team

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Background in ground-up, industrial, office, or institutional work is ideal
• Strong scheduling and field coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site safety standards
• Local to the Triangle or currently working nearby

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar field software
• Background with self-perform concrete or interiors a plus
• Spanish language skills (not required but beneficial)
