Job summary

Sage Surfaces, LLC is seeking a Full-time Construction Project Manager to lead renovation projects from planning through completion. You will oversee field operations, coordinate schedules, ensure safety, and maintain clear communication with customers to deliver results that exceed expectations.

You will apply your leadership and project-management skills daily, traveling to multiple job sites and collaborating with installers and internal teams to keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in construction.
• Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in construction/home improvement.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Perform precise field measurements and evaluate site conditions.
• Coordinate installation schedules and ensure projects progress efficiently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction or home improvement industry
• General knowledge of countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design and installation processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management and multitasking
• Ability to travel to job sites
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

In this role, your responsibilities will include performing precise field measurements, evaluating site conditions, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring that projects progress efficiently.

You will conduct site visits, monitor craftsmanship and safety compliance, and resolve any installation challenges that arise. Maintaining strong communication with customers throughout each project is essential. Additionally, you will track project details, labor, and materials, collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving forward, and help develop installer partnerships that support long-term success. Through consistent leadership and attention to detail, you will ensure that every project is completed on schedule and exceeds customer expectations.
