Metropolitan Companies is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent to manage multi‑family project activities at Haverford Square by Metropolitan. You will lead the on-site team, attend meetings, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial/multifamily construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to follow SOPs. Bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to comply with safety procedures and policies.
• OSHA 30 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site construction team and oversee all construction activities.
• Host and attend office and on-site construction meetings.
• Manage and update the project timeline to meet contractual deadlines.
• Monitor and enforce on-site safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain site records such as daily reports, field orders and RFIs.
• Take meeting minutes, upload photos and update project schedules.
• Liaise with inspection authorities for approvals.
• Maintain client satisfaction.

Metropolitan Companies is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team! The Superintendent will manage the schedule and activities of the project for Multi‑Family Apartment complexes in Haverford Square by Metropolitan. Key Responsibilities

• Leading the on‑site construction team and overseeing all construction activities
• Hosting and attending office and on‑site construction meetings
• Managing and updating the project timeline to ensure contractual deadlines are met
• Monitoring and ensuring on‑site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs
• Take meeting minutes, upload photographs and update project schedules
• Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals
• Maintain client satisfaction

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Construction knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to lead a team of subcontractors and field carpenters
• Proficiency with taking and uploading digital photographs

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial or multifamily construction

• Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent
• OSHA 30 training
• Proficiency in Procore or similar software
