Metropolitan Companies in Philadelphia is seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage schedules and field activities for multifamily apartment projects at Haverford Square by Metropolitan. You will lead the on-site team, monitor safety, quality, and progress, and coordinate with inspectors and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial multifamily construction, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Procore or similar software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Ability to comply with safety procedures and policies.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site construction team and oversee all construction activities.
• Host and attend office and on-site construction meetings.
• Managing and updating the project timeline to ensure contractual deadlines are met.
• Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
• Ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs.
• Take meeting minutes, upload photographs and update project schedules.
• Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
• Maintaining client satisfaction.

Location: Philadelphia

Metropolitan Companies is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team! The Superintendent will manage the schedule and activities of the project for Multi-Family Apartment complexes in Haverford Square by Metropolitan. Key Responsibilities

• Leading the on-site construction team and overseeing all construction activities
• Hosting and attending office and on-site construction meetings
• Managing and updating the project timeline to ensure contractual deadlines are met

• Ensuring quality standards are met

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent
• OSHA 30 training
• Proficiency in Procore or similar software
