Alice Rose is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead multifamily renovations and affordable housing projects in Connecticut. This role oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across occupied and vacant units in a growing pipeline.

Responsibilities include coordinating subs, managing schedules, and conducting quality control inspections while maintaining strong communication with PMs, owners, inspectors, and housing authorities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent with a General Contractor.
• Experience delivering multifamily and affordable housing renovations, including occupied rehab.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field operations.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

$150,000 – $170,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent looking to join a well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of affordable housing projects throughout the Greater Hartford area?

We are partnering with a respected Connecticut General Contractor that specializes in the renovation and modernization of occupied and vacant affordable housing communities. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multiple residential rehabilitation projects.

The Role

As Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Typical projects include:

• Affordable housing renovations
• Bathroom renovations
• Boiler and mechanical system replacements
• Window and door installations
• Roofing and exterior improvements
• Common area upgrades
• Unit turnovers and occupied housing renovations

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field operations.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
