Job Description

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, and prepare daily and weekly project records and reports throughout the project duration. A strong understanding of construction operations and processes is essential. You should be able to delegate duties effectively and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience

• Experience with Single Family and Multi Family housing projects, large-scale build-to-rent townhomes, and/or duplexes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, BlueBeam, PlanGrid, and scheduling programs.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, plan, organize, and control all resources and logistics (people and materials) for project success.

• Lead on-site safety efforts, managing a safe job site for all involved.

• Coordinate inspections required by permits and authorities, ensuring timely receipt of certificates of completion, punch list, and final approvals.

• Collaborate with project managers and site operations leads.

• Provide a positive experience for all stakeholders, including clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members.
