Job Description
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, and prepare daily and weekly project records and reports throughout the project duration. A strong understanding of construction operations and processes is essential. You should be able to delegate duties effectively and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience
Experience with Single Family and Multi Family housing projects, large-scale build-to-rent townhomes, and/or duplexes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, BlueBeam, PlanGrid, and scheduling programs.
What You’ll Do
Supervise, plan, organize, and control all resources and logistics (people and materials) for project success.
Lead on-site safety efforts, managing a safe job site for all involved.
Coordinate inspections required by permits and authorities, ensuring timely receipt of certificates of completion, punch list, and final approvals.
Collaborate with project managers and site operations leads.
Provide a positive experience for all stakeholders, including clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members.
