HTH Development, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on a large-scale, fast-track residential ground-up project in New York City. You will manage trades, maintain schedule, and ensure safety and compliance from groundbreaking to TCO.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in multifamily or mixed-use construction, licensing and certifications, and strong coordination with architects, engineers, and city officials.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale residential construction, including ground-up multifamily or mixed-use developments with a GC.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Demonstrated ability to manage major trades, including MEP, structural, and foundations, from inception through completion.
• A minimum of five projects, with the most recent project in a principal role.
• OSHA 40, SST Supervisor card, and NYC Superintendent License required.
• Fluency in English required; ability to communicate in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations for a large-scale, fast-track residential ground-up project from groundbreaking through TCO. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day field supervision of all construction activities, including oversight of subcontractors and third-party vendors.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives.

Anticipated base salary range: $200,000 to $300,000.

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale residential construction, including ground-up multifamily or mixed-use developments with a general contractor.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Demonstrated ability to manage major trades, including MEP, structural, and foundations, from inception through completion.
• Experience obtaining TCO by coordinating across Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Elevator, and Fire Alarm trades.
• A minimum of five projects, with the most recent project in a principal role.
• OSHA 40, SST Supervisor card, and NYC Superintendent License required.
• Fluency in English required; ability to communicate in Mandarin preferred.
