Job summary

Beechwood Homes in the Bronx seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction for affordable housing projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence and top quality and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating activities, and maintaining compliance with plans, specs and codes. License required; on-site 5 days/week 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; proficient in Bluebeam, Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Valid NYC DOB Construction Superintendent License (REQUIRED).
• Experience supervising on-site construction, preferably residential/affordable housing.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• On-site work five days per week, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Knowledge of affordable housing construction processes is a plus.
