Position: Superintendent at Thomas Constructors, a General Contractor serving Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL markets

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
2. Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects.
3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
5. Maintain and update project schedules.
6. Ensure the jobsite remains clean and safe.
7. Uphold high standards of workmanship in accordance with plans and specifications.
8. Be willing to work hard and during non-business hours if required by the project.
9. This position currently does not require travel and will remain local to the Middle Tennessee area.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, including ground-up and interior finish-out/renovation projects.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Willingness to undergo training and mentorship.
4. Strong leadership qualities.
5. Effective negotiation skills.
6. Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
