I’m working with a top-tier civil contractor that’s actively hiring a Construction Superintendent to help lead complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Miamisburg and Southwest Ohio region.

This company is a recognized leader in water-related construction, with a strong backlog of treatment plants, pump stations, sewer line upgrades, and large-scale public utility projects. If you're a Superintendent with experience in self-perform heavy civil or municipal infrastructure work, this is a fantastic long-term career opportunity.

• Oversee daily operations on active job sites—ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors for heavy civil scopes (concrete, piping, earthwork, etc.)
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maximize site efficiency
• Manage inspections, QA/QC, and field documentation
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners throughout all phases

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of field supervision or superintendent experience in heavy civil, water, or wastewater construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, underground piping, mechanical systems, or site utilities
• Experience with public works projects (local or state-funded) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and crew leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Competitive salary: $100,000 – $135,000 depending on experience
