Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of construction field operations experience
• Ability to read plans and understand scopes
• Clear communication with trades
• Willingness to learn and be mentored into a Lead Superintendent
• Experience on commercial or multi-family projects preferred
• Local to Miami-Dade County or able to commute daily; bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Construction Superintendent (Path to Lead Superintendent)

Miami-Dade County, Florida | Commercial and Multi-Family Projects

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent who has experience supporting field operations and is ready for the opportunity to grow into a full Lead Superintendent role. This position offers direct mentorship, clear support, and the chance to be challenged and developed by industry leaders who have built successful careers and believe in giving back.

What You Will Do

• Support daily field operations on commercial and multi-family projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and quality control

• Enforce safety standards and participate in safety walks
• Manage daily reports, progress documentation, and communication with PMs
• Take on increasing leadership responsibility under the mentorship of a Lead Superintendent
• Build the skills and confidence needed to eventually run your own project

What You Bring

• 3-7 years of experience in construction field operations with a GC, developer, or subcontractor
• Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly with trades
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learn
• Desire to be challenged and mentored into a Lead Superintendent role
• Experience with commercial or multi-family projects preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not requiredLocal to Miami-Dade County or able to commute daily
