Job summary

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, track the schedule, enforce safety, and document progress under PM guidance. Local candidates preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of construction field operations experience
• Ability to read plans and understand scopes
• Clear communication with trades
• Willingness to learn and be mentored into a Lead Superintendent
• Experience on commercial or multi-family projects preferred
• Local to Miami-Dade County or able to commute daily; bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations on commercial and multi-family projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and quality control
• Assist in maintaining the project schedule and weekly look-ahead planning
• Enforce safety standards and participate in safety walks
• Manage daily reports, progress documentation, and communication with PMs
• Take on increasing leadership responsibility under mentorship of a Lead Superintendent
• Build skills to eventually run your own project
