Job summary

Authentic Construction in Miami, FL, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects. You will own field execution from ground-break to closeout with full autonomy, guiding trades and upholding craftsmanship for a respected family-owned builder.

You will work with a supportive team focused on integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term career growth in a dynamic, high-end market. Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on custom residential projects or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute architectural plans, structural prints, and trade scopes.
• Proficiency with modern project management software such as ProCore for daily field documentation.
• Track record of leading trade subcontractors, managing schedules, and driving site safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, inspectors, and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations to ensure luxury homes are built safely, on time, and to high standards.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and secure jobsite reflecting high brand standards.
• Direct and hold subcontractors to complete scopes, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate two-week look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager to anticipate needs and mitigate delays.
• Use ProCore to generate logs, track schedules, document changes, and post progress photos.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary leader and owner of our custom residential jobsites, driving field execution from ground-break to final closeout. This role gives you full autonomy to guide trades and uphold craft standards while delivering high-end homes for a respected family-owned builder. You will work alongside a supportive team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and your long-term career growth.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Manage overall daily field operations to ensure luxury homes are built safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure jobsite that reflects high brand standards and respects local neighbors.
• Direct and hold subcontractors accountable to their complete scopes of work, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate two-week look-ahead schedules alongside the Project Manager to anticipate project needs and mitigate delays.
• Leverage CoConstruct to generate daily logs, track schedules, document change orders, and post progress photos.
• Verify material orders, conduct detailed field inspections, and resolve technical issues before they affect progress.
• Guide trade partners through closeout documentation and final punch lists to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on custom residential projects or equivalent experience
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed architectural plans, structural prints, and trade scopes.
• Proficiency using modern project management software such as ProCore for daily field documentation.
• Demonstrated track record of leading trade subcontractors, managing schedules, and driving site safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with clients, inspectors, and office staff.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with luxury, high-end residential finishes and custom residential building systems.
• Deep understanding of local Miami residential building codes, permitting processes, and inspection workflows.
• Process-driven
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
