Dimension Construction Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking two experienced Job Site Superintendents to lead commercial projects across the Southeast. You will be the field leader responsible for delivering on-time, on-budget results while upholding safety and quality.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage subcontractors and complex schedules. The role requires travel to multiple states, with ProCore experience preferred and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field supervision on commercial construction projects.
• High school diploma or GED; further education a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with ProCore or similar construction management software.
• Ability to travel across the Southeast for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for assigned commercial construction projects.
• Ensure project delivery meets timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to execute construction schedules.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients.
• Enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and accountability among all workers.
• Complete daily reports and photo documentation using ProCore or similar software.
• Conduct quality control walkthroughs and resolve issues proactively.
• Track and report material usage, T&M tickets, and subcontractor progress.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and adherence to company procedures.
• Travel as required to job sites in multiple states.

• Proficiency with construction management software (ProCore preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes, and specifications
• Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
• Tech-savvy - able to use tablets, reporting apps, and mobile documentation tools
• Unafraid to hold subcontractors accountable and provide honest feedback
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
