Senior Superintendent – Healthcare Construction

Green Key Resources is currently partnered with three top-tier general contractors, all actively seeking Senior Superintendents to lead high-profile healthcare construction projects across the Houston area.

These are long-term, high-visibility roles with respected companies offering a strong project pipeline and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to drive project progress and address challenges in real-time.
• Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare codes and infection control requirements.
• Monitor scheduling, logistics, material deliveries, and manpower needs to maintain smooth project flow.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and field teams to maintain alignment and transparency throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, with significant leadership on large-scale healthcare projects.
• Proven track record in managing ground-up and renovation healthcare builds in active hospital environments.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare-specific construction protocols, including ICRA, AHCA/OSHPD standards, and MEP system coordination.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in construction management tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
• OSHA 30 certification required: additional industry credentials (e.g., CHC) a plus.
