Job summary

RBA Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site teams from mobilization through closeout. You will coordinate with clients and trade partners to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will review plans and submittals, organize daily work plans, and ensure safety compliance across all sites. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple trades in dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans, specs, schedules, and documents.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, quality control, and site safety.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and adapting to changing priorities.
• A sense of ownership and accountability for safety, quality and schedule.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and teams.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, email, and digital reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and direct on-site teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field staff, materials, equipment, and inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet schedule, budget, quality, and goals.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals to ensure work meets requirements.
• Organize daily work plans, subcontractor coordination, safety meetings, and site activities.
• Track progress, identify scheduling or trade conflicts, and address issues promptly.
• Ensure safety practices, site procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect completed work and coordinate timely punch-list resolution.
• Maintain thorough daily reports, manpower records, progress updates, and logs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, inspectors, subcontractors, and teams.
• Keep the job site clean, secure, and professional throughout.
