Job summary

Bering Straits Native Corporation is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the Fairbanks, AK area. The role focuses on on-site coordination of construction projects, enforcing SOW requirements, and leading site teams to ensure safety and timely execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• ADA Required
• On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW Schedule and execute all phases of construction
• Estimating experience including RSMeans
• Attendance at regular internal and external tailgates meetings including daily discussions on project health and safety
• Preparation of daily reports with Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM
• Review and processing of project submittalsActive role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on site staff
• Coordination with on-site subs
• Other duties as assigned

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent
• Level of Experience Requirements: A minimum of 3 years in Construction with a preference for Federal/DOD work
• OSHA 30 Training
