Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the work of subcontractors and/or Turner trade labor.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns, and trade labor.
• Oversee work performance related to scheduling, logistics, quality control, and staffing.
• Promote coordinated project operations among trades and resolve local issues.
• Manage site safety programs and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and supervise schedules, work sequencing, and recovery strategies.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers regarding field issues and resolve them.
• Manage billing processes, including WIP, payrolls, invoices, and payment applications.
• Ensure work installation complies with contract documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least four years of related experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EH&S applications.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, and project schedules.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
