Jobot in Dallas, TX is hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up retail and industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up retail and industrial construction projects.
• Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate sequencing of work.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, delays, and constructability issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budgets and milestones.
• Manage inspections, permits, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
