Role Description The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Cleveland, responsible for overseeing daily field operations on assigned construction projects. This position coordinates subcontractors and site staff, manages schedules, and ensures work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. The superintendent enforces safety protocols, conducts regular site inspections, and maintains a clean, organized work environment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring progress, tracking materials and equipment, supporting budgeting and cost control activities, and communicating status updates to project managers and stakeholders. The role also involves resolving field issues quickly, documenting project activities, and fostering a collaborative, respectful culture among all workers on site.
