CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent in Cleveland, Ohio to lead commercial projects from mobilization to closeout, overseeing on-site operations, safety, quality, schedule and budget.

The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial construction, a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent, and strong leadership of multi-trade teams; healthcare, K-12, data centers, or industrial experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Monitor field costs, budgets, change orders, forecasts, and progress.
• Maintain daily reports, RFIs, submittals, as-builts, and punch lists.
• Coordinate with teams and designers on field issues and constructability.
• Oversee QC, inspections, corrective work, and warranty items.
• Manage subcontractor performance, manpower, equipment, and scope.
• Lead owner/architect/contractor meetings with updates on schedule and budget.
• Support commissioning, turnover, forecasting, and process improvements.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects from mobilization through closeout. The Superintendent will manage on-site construction operations, enforce safety and quality standards, maintain schedule and budget performance, coordinate subcontractors and site staff, and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for commercial construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals are met.
• Manage project schedules, lookaheads, and trade coordination across concrete, steel, MEP, and finish work.
• Enforce OSHA compliance through safety meetings, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Monitor field costs, budgets, change orders, forecasts, and project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, as-builts, and punch lists.
• Coordinate with project teams and design stakeholders to resolve field and constructability issues.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, corrective work, and warranty items.
• Manage subcontractor performance, manpower, equipment, and scope compliance.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings, providing updates on schedule, budget, and safety.
• Support commissioning, turnover, forecasting, process improvements, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience delivering commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Strong field leadership overseeing site staff, subcontractors, and multi-trade coordination.
• Knowledge of construction methods including concrete, structural steel, and general contracting.
• Experience in specialty sectors such as healthcare, K-12, data centers, industrial, multifamily, or public works is a plus.
