A nationally recognized commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up industrial and warehouse projects throughout the Metro Atlanta market. This individual will serve as the primary field leader responsible for driving project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination from site development through final turnover.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading Tilt-Wall / Tilt-Up industrial construction projects, including distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, logistics centers, and large-scale commercial developments.
This position requires travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area based on project assignments.
10+ years of commercial construction experience
5+ years serving as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up projects
Direct experience leading Tilt-Wall or Tilt-Up construction projects is REQUIRED
Experience managing:
Strong understanding of:
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta project locations
Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $125,000 based on experience
Paid overtime after 45 hours worked
