• Education and experience requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; construction management education preferred.
• Experience: minimum 10–12 years in construction; minimum 5–6 years in superintendent or field supervision.
• Experience leading commercial, civil, industrial, or federal construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Enforce company safety policies and regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards.
• Direct and supervise daily construction activities on assigned projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance.
• Monitor quality control and workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
• Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules.
• Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Lead project meetings, toolbox talks, and progress updates.
• Manage subcontractor’s performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and equipment utilization.
• Track project progress and communicate schedule impacts, risks, and issues to management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Interface with owners, clients, engineers, inspectors, and government representatives.
• Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Train, mentor, and oversee field personnel.

• Schedule housing and travel for project to project
• Code and approve invoices
• Manage project billing

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Level of Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional construction management education preferred
• Level of Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional construction management education preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of construction industry experience.
• Minimum 5–6 years of superintendent or field supervision experience.
• Experience leading commercial, civil, industrial, or federal construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, safety requirements, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Additionally, they may be asked to travel to jobsite via light-duty vehicle, small aircraft, or marine vessel.
