Kierwright is seeking a Construction Survey Coordinator to support field survey crews and project managers by coordinating staking, preparing accurate proposals, and estimates. This hybrid role bridges field, office, and client interactions with strong organizational and technical skills.

You will review plans, control data, and CAD files, ensure QA/QC of staking deliverables, and help manage project budgets and timelines across multiple active land development projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 2 years in construction staking coordination.
• 2+ years in estimating survey work or related civil engineering services.
• Strong understanding of land development processes and construction documents.
• Familiarity with local regulations, survey standards, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule construction staking services for active land development projects.
• Communicate scope, timing, and deliverables with field crews, project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Review construction plans, control data, and CAD files to prepare for field staking.
