Job summary

NDC is seeking a Staff Accountant with a strong grasp of accounting principles to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. You will manage job costing, general ledger entries, and support close processes in a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities include AP/AR processing, project cost tracking, audits, payroll support, and financial reporting. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in construction accounting; US work authorization and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Construction accounting knowledge, including job costing and AIA billing.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; background check required.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-/year-end close support.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing and vendor relations.
• Job costing, project accounting, budgeting, and forecasting with project managers.
