Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Sr. Project Manager for heavy civil and industrial projects in Vancouver, WA. The role requires overseeing project direction, cost control, and client relations on complex builds.

You will mentor field teams and drive project success with autonomy and strategic leadership, targeting high-stakes, mission-critical work in hi-tech, biotech, and pharma sectors.

Qualifications

Job Details

• Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for industrial and mechanical construction projects
• Administer relationships with both owners and subcontractors
• Interface directly with clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors on project development, costs, and schedules
• Lead, evaluate, and mentor field personnel and field supervisors
• Build project proposal packages backed by detailed self generated estimates

Requirements

• 10 to 15+ years of project experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction, including managing teams of PMs, project engineers, and supervisors
• Background in industrial construction specifically, not commercial or residential
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Experience managing projects of $5M or more is a plus
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, P6, Procore, or Viewpoint is a plus
