Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead industrial and mechanical construction projects for biotech and pharma clients in the US. You will direct project scope, budget, schedule, and team performance, interfacing with owners, subcontractors, and engineers.

This role offers autonomy over project direction, a competitive compensation package with a vehicle allowance and a discretionary bonus, and opportunities to mentor field personnel and advance within a niche high-demand sector.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of project experience in industrial, mechanical, or heavy civil construction, including managing teams of PMs, project engineers, and supervisors.
• Experience leading PM teams and field personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience managing projects of $5M+ is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, P6, Procore, or Viewpoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for industrial and mechanical construction projects.
• Administer relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Interface directly with clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors on project development, costs, and schedules.
• Lead, evaluate, and mentor field personnel and field supervisors.
• Build project proposal packages backed by detailed self generated estimates.
