Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Construction project management or procurement experience preferred.
• Strong budget tracking and cost analytics skills.
• Experience with large industrial/construction projects.
• Excellent negotiation and document management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management processes for projects.
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and costs.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to optimize value and cost reduction.
• Communicate and drive compliance with category strategies.
• Lead cost reduction projects and track KPIs for suppliers.
• Perform analyses to assess financial impact of decisions.
• Create and manage contract documents with legal.
• Manage supplier performance and contract terms.
• Drive year-over-year cost optimization and waste reduction.
• Establish preferred suppliers and optimize procurement workflows.
