The role emphasizes leading the jobsite, coordinating trades, maintaining quality, and keeping projects moving on schedule.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site personnel, conducting safety meetings, coordinating inspections, reviewing drawings, and maintaining a two-week lookahead schedule.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction supervisory experience is required.
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple trades, with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Read construction drawings and review project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and subcontractors on site.
• Conduct morning safety meetings and assign daily work.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections.
• Review drawings, scopes, and project requirements.
• Maintain a 2-week lookahead schedule.
• Take daily progress, quality, and safety photos.
• Monitor workmanship and correct issues to prevent rework.
• Ensure materials are on site before work is scheduled.
• Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant jobsite.
• Provide daily progress reports and communicate delays to the Project Manager.
• Plan and prepare for the following day’s work.
