Job summary

L&L Legacy Construction is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations on commercial projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on running the jobsite, coordinating trades, maintaining quality, and keeping projects moving on schedule.

The ideal candidate reads construction drawings, communicates clearly with teams and the Project Manager, and administers safety and lookahead scheduling.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and subcontractors on site
• Conduct morning safety meetings and assign daily work
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections
• Review drawings, scopes, and project requirements
• Maintain a 2-week lookahead schedule
• Take daily progress, quality, and safety photos
• Monitor workmanship and correct issues before rework
• Ensure materials are on site before work is scheduled
• Maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant jobsite
• Provide daily progress reports and communicate delays/issues to the Project Manager
• Plan and prepare for the following day's work
