Job summary

Opus Master Builders, Inc. in the Greater Boston Area seeks an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day project execution on high-end residential renovation and historic restoration projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in high-end residential construction, renovation, or restoration.
  • Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while balancing client needs and schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of best building practices and safety protocols.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
  • Capable of developing scope, preparing take-offs, and placing timely orders for materials.
  • Skilled in carpentry and layout.
