Lever, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Specialist for construction sites. The role requires travel and hands-on administration of the safety program at various job sites. Expect overtime and active supervision of safety standards.

The position demands OSHA 30, CHST/ASP/GSP or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a government background check. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CHST or ASP / GSP certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a government background check.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety & health program across sites.
• Role located at the job site with overtime paid at time and a half.
• Supervise and support all safety standards.
• Conduct safety training and education for staff.
• Attend pre-work and preparatory meetings.
• Maintain a weekly list of high-hazard activities.
• Record site safety orientation and indoctrination.
• Perform other duties related to health and safety.
